Reach for the Magic Destinations hosted it's second annual agency retreat in June and we had Travel Planners from WI, IN, and TX participate! It's a weekend meant for connecting, learning, and growing. Some topics are more business operation minded and others are client or service based, all intended for participants to apply to their own businesses and continue to soar!
We kicked off the evening with a social gathering at Denise's home and spent the evening chatting, eating treats, and enjoying a backyard fire.
Saturday was an all-day event and was a mix of learning and fun! We started the morning with some agency updates and creating personal business vision boards before moving into discussing ideal clients & how to market to them.
Lunch was another great opportunity to connect personally.
The afternoon we talked about "leveling up your business" as well as client services and how "words matter." We may have also has some laughs, created our own Forky's, and had ice cream sundaes for an afternoon snack!
And we closed up the retreat with a half day session on Sunday where we discussed "loving up on our clients," community marketing, and follow ups.
This retreat was voluntary to attend and I greatly appreciate the commitment & effort made by those who could make it. I'm so incredibly thankful and proud of this group of Travel Planners. I know you are in great and capable hands when you work with any one of them for your vacation adventures.
