Upon receipt of your electronic confirmation document(s), please review and verify all information is correct.  Please advise of any necessary changes immediately.  Reach for the Magic Destinations will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.

All payments are made directly with the vendor or supplier through their booking engine/portal.  Reach for the Magic Destinations does not accept cash or checks made out to the agency for client bookings.

Deposit payments and final payments must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation.  Cancellation and change fees vary by supplier and are noted on confirmation documents.  If final payment is not made and the supplier auto-cancels the reservation, you are subject to applicable cancellation fees as well as current pricing and availability for rescheduling.

Travel insurance is recommended for your travels.  It may be added as part of a package or cruise component prior to final payment.  The premium for a land package is due at the time insurance is added.  If you decline insurance, you will be asked to complete an online document stating you are doing so.  Please understand we are not insurance agents and cannot legally provide specific or information regarding insurance coverage.  For more information, you must speak with the insurance provider and your Travel Advisor can provide you with the contact number upon request.

The agency will not book airfare independently due to regulatory requirements.

If a Supplier issues travel documents upon final payment, the documents will be mailed in the weeks ahead of your arrival date.

Should your travels include locations outside of the United States, you will be required to present a valid U.S. passport.  Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months past your return date.  Clients are responsible to ensure they have all the proper documents necessary for travel.  It is the traveler(s) responsibility to determine if they would be allowed entry into another country if they have a criminal record. You agree you have obtained all required documents for travel and assume complete and full responsibility for any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of a destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of travel, and release Reach for the Magic Destinations from liability for incomplete, invalid, or lack of proper documents.

Reach for the Magic Destinations assumes no responsibility for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by 1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; 2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, or equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; 3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the party of any other party not under Reach for the Magic Destinations control; or 4) terrorist acts, social or labor unrest, mechanical integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation & accommodations, local laws, climate conditions, acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, or accidents.  The agency does not guarantee any supplier rates, reservations, and handling of any baggage or other personal effects.  Clients are responsible for adhering to the terms & conditions of the supplier.

By retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and agreement on your part to convey the contents to your travel companions or group members.  By embarking on your travel, you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  You hold Reach for the Magic Destinations, and your Travel Advisor, harmless for any issues (including illness) arising in transit to the destination and during the vacation.  Nothing listed above is meant to interfere with your legal rights against any Supplier(s) of services.
